This is the most common form of massage and involves long smooth strokes, kneading, and soothing motion on superficial layers of muscle.

Deep Tissue
30 minutes: $55 / 60 minutes: $85 / 90 minutes: $110
Deep tissue therapy works in the deeper layers of muscle and tissue and is most often used in areas of chronic pain and restricted movement. Using slower strokes, friction techniques and by gradually increasing pressure across the grain of the muscle, Deep tissue work in conjunction with Trigger Point Therapy can be very effective in treating chronic pain, circulatory issues, improve range of motion and alleviate muscle adhesions. Deep tissue work “hurts so good” and you may expect to feel sore for one to two days after a therapeutic session.

Hot Stone

The Ultimate in Relaxation! Let the warmth from heated, basalt river rocks soak into your tired muscles and relax your cares away. As well as placing the warm stones in specific places on your body, the therapist will use the stones to give you a unique massage which can be deep or light according to your preference. Hot stone massage is performed using oil.

Prenatal Massage
60 minutes: $75, Longer massage not recommended for pregnant women.
Tailored to your needs and the changes in your posture, muscle tone and circulation, Prenatal massage shares many of the goals of any massage modality – to relax tense muscles, relieve tenderness, improve circulation and relaxation. You will be bolstered and propped to ensure your comfort throughout. Only ladies who are in their second and third trimesters should consider prenatal massage.
